Taking a Hiatus Until 2022-12-15
Hey, I think it’s about time I declared a hiatus instead of spamming up my blog with continued “No Post This Week” posts. It’s a shame because blogging is something that makes me happy since I love to talk about my hijinks – and believe me, I’ve had plenty of them this semester! – but research work is consuming the bulk of my time.
I’m looking forward to finally finishing up school and especially finishing up my research work so I can move on with my life; I’ve safely concluded that this is a lifestyle I don’t want. I like having free time to work on my own projects, hack stuff, make things, etc. and this just… isn’t fun, and isn’t what I want to do. At least now I know that I never want to do grad school or pursue a PhD, so all doubts about that have been removed.
I feel bad for putting IrisSec on the back burner and likewise for this blog and my countless projects. I look forward to having more time to work on stuff that I care about soon. I’m almost there. It’s just the final push now, and less than 2 months until I graduate.
I’m definitely burnt out. Well, I’m going to come back here a few days before my graduation ceremony. Until then,
